I'm getting the error "The UFT Browser Helper Object is required for this step. Make sure BHOManager Class add-on is enabled in the IE." When I check it in IE, it is enabled.

After patching our server, we have 2 users who cannot seem to access ALM. We tried the uninstall tool to do a wipe on bother users machines. One one IE just loads blank and is unresponsive.
