If I log into QC using a "defects-only" license, I know I'll have access to the Defects module, but will I also have access to the Dashboard module?

What is the proper way to backup synchronizer links? We are moving our synchronizer server to another machine for a qc upgrade and are moving the links one by one as the projects are converted to QC 11.52, what is the proper way to move the links over.

When certain users log into Quality Center they are receiving an error "A generic error occurred in GDI+" after they log in and the defects grid does not display only a giant red x is generated. Any idea what could cause this?

We had Sprinter 11.52 and UFT 11.52 installed on a few of our user machines. All was well in using both tools on their own as well as opening from ALM directly.
