I have always been told all the SQL (or Oracle) Db's for QC have was security information around the projects, and the rest of the data was in the repository. Is that correct?

We have ALM 12.55 and just created a QCP Export of a large project of ours and ended up with a 5Gb "QCP" file. We cannot create a project from the QCP, getting "Failed to create project" errors.

Hi, we are not able to access an active project in ALM. We are getting the error "Failed to Get Projects Properties" in Site Admin side while trying to access. When using IE11, unable to log into the project. The same error message appears. No other projects have this error.
