QTP web scripts are not running for different user on the same machine

When I log into machine as user X, I can run the script with no problmes. But when I log into same machine as user y the script runs an stop after opening browser. This happens on Firefox and Chrome. Has anybody seen this before?

I have found in the past that configurations for Firefox and Chrome did not get enabled on 2nd user accounts. Go into the Firefox addins and Chrome Extensions and make sure they are enabled on all accounts using QTP Web add in. Marked as spam
