Recording is not capturing while selecting the winlet option.

Hi All,
I am trying to record one user scenario. when i select socket option, application is not getting opened on browser and giving the error message as "Can’t reach the page".
When i select Winlet option, i am able to browse the application but at a time of recording done, it is not creating the vugen code.
please have a look and help me out !!!![alt text][1]

Hello Bkcklm,

It appears that you are using LoadRunner on a Windows 10 machine, WinINet recording mode is not supported on Windows 10. An empty script will be generated.

Re-record the script using ''Sockets Only'', turning off WinINet.
