Press the 'Start' button
Find command prompt and right click on it.
Select ''Run as Administrator''. A Dos Prompt will appear.
Copy the following command to the dos prompt and press enter.

MsiExec.exe /fm {D6B4C5AC-29FC-4906-9089-C9470E980CD7}
LeanFT:
MsiExec.exe /fm {EEF25EC9-5D34-4DA6-921B-CB1B3566C321}
**Windows 8/8.1**
From the Charms screen, start typing the word 'Command'. A list of matching programs will appear.
Right click 'Command Prompt'.
Select Run As Administrator. A Dos Prompt will appear.
