Restrict access to assign a cycle to a folder in the test lab

Is there a way to restrict which users groups can assign / unassign a cycle to a folder in the test lab using user groups?

This can be done in the group permissions: 1) Navigate to Tools - Customize - Groups and Permissions 2) Highlight the group that you wish to restrict on the left 3) Click the Test Lab secondary tab 4) Scroll to the bottom and expand ''Update'' under the Test Set Folder section 5) Uncheck the box for Target Cycle 6) Save and Return Marked as spam
