The Performance Center scenarios cannot be executed through a command line, as they can be in LoadRunner. You will have to use REST API calls to execute a scenario in Performance Center.

You can invoke a scenario run from a command prompt on the PC Host machine; however; the scenario, test run, and results will not be stored in ALM in the File Repository.

The HPE Performance Center REST API enables you to write applications to create and run load tests without using the Performance Center user interface. This API provides only a subset of the functionality provided by the user interface.
