The specified module could not be found

When we try and access Excel Reports in ALM 12.01 we get "The specified module could not be found". The error appears when clicking on the configuration tab. We also get the same error when we try and create a new Excel report.

Private answer
If you recently upgraded you may not have all the requirements to run the client installed. Verify that you have .NET version 4.5.x http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653 and that you have MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 3 installed on your workstation. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=15697 Usually, when I see this error it is the MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 3 that is not installed.
