This one has me stumped. On Dec 4 2018 UFT 14.03 worked fine, then on Dec 5 it stopped with the following error:
**Error when launching UFT 14.03 – LICENSE CONFIGURATION PROBLEM, Some of your license configuration files are
corrupted, see logs for more information**

From the Log:
**File name: ‘AutopassNCrypto, Version=9.3.2.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=126540f7140ab4d9’ —> System.Security.SecurityException: Strong name validation failed. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8013141A)
The Zone of the assembly that failed was:
MyComputer
at HP.UFT.License.Autopass.AutopassApi..ctor(Properties properties)
at HP.UFT.License.Autopass.AutopassFactory.CreateAutopassApiInstance()
at HP.UFT.License.Autopass.AutopassApiCreator.StartCreatingAutopassApi()**

MicroFocus had me uninstall UFT and Autopass. Then install UFT 14.51 and AUTOPASS 10.7.0. UFT 14.03 and 14.51 spun the same errors during install, 3 dlls failed to register:

***HPSEVFacade.dll failed to register
*HP.SEV.UI.COmponent.dll failed to register
*StGen.dll failed to register**

If I continue with Install and ignore the 3 dll messages, UFT launches with the same original error.
I have tried the install on 2008 and 2012 servers with the same issues(I am an admin). I do work for a Gov’t entity so there is security hardening / STGs on the server. If it is a group policy / security etc, i do not know which settings to begin to look through. If anyone has had this issue or can point me where to focus my time, that would be great! MicroFocus has been stumped since Dec4

As an aside I did install UFT 14.51 on my personal laptop with no issues and MicroFocus did the same on a 2012 server in their lab that had 0 security provisions. So I have go to believe its some security/group policy/antivirus/ etc. Any ideas???? THANKS!!
