Unable to connect to a license server.

Each time when I launch my QTP, I received License Error message. Error is "The License server does not have valid QuickTest Professional license…" However, when I check the connection to server it works well.

I would run Orasi System Information tool and look-see if the machine has Essentials installed. Most companies do not purchase Essentials but users download it and install it by mistake.
