Unable to open the {0} in the testing tool error when running from ALM

When we run tests from ALM to a machine with a Runtime Engine Concurrent User License, we are getting the following error in the Automatic Runner: "Unable to open the {0} in the testing tool." ![alt text][1] We can find no errors in any logs or Windows Event Viewer. I've seen this and we found that if the Remote Agent Setting ''Run UFT in hidden mode'' is Unchecked, the error occurs. If it is Checked, it does not occur. HP is working on this issue. ![alt text][1] [1]: /storage/temp/411-remoteagentsettings.png Marked as spam
