Which needs to go first from LRE hosts  LRE ,DB , Virtual User Generator (VuGen), Controller, Analysis, Load Generator, MI Listener Component, Monitors over Firewall and TruClient?

The normally the sequence for upgrading LRE servers

  1. STOP all testing
  2. Backups of Database schemas and file repositories
  3. LRE Server machine(s)
  4. All LRE Hosts (these are the controllers) machines
  5. All LRE standalone LGs machines
  6. All LRE standalone  MI Listener machines
  7. All LRE standalone  Monitors over Firewall machines
  8. All LRE standalone Virtual User Generator (VuGen) & Analysis machines
  9. All LRE standalone Truclient machines (note: if VuGen is installed, the Truclient is ready included)

NOTE: Review the LRE 2021  LoadRunner Enterprise Installation Guide  pages 7 to 168, before starting the upgrades
