User when opening tests in Sprinter plan have lock icon next to them…

Have a user where when they open a test in Sprinter test plan area, there is a lock icon next to the test. User can create a copy and work, but they cannot edit the source test. We don’t use version control and most users do not seem to have the issue. Test run seems fine, they can run the tests okay, they just can’t seem to edit the test in advance. Not sure what missing here then.

Hello, I would imagine your user/s who see this lock icon are missing key permissions required for the Test Plan area of ALM, under their user group setup. Please double check the required permissions for user groups that the Sprinter guide details. You must have all that are specified set otherwise your users will have limited action availability while using the Sprinter application. This EOT post covers the required permissions: [Sprinter permissions][1] If you see the user does have those rights per their group, please check that the user or users are only in one user group and not multiple. Being in multiple groups can cause issues, such as permissions set in one group not working due to membership in a second group.
