The From Email error is a warning that the default mail sender address ''tduser'' will be used on all automail sent from QC.

If you would like to get rid of the warning you can change the tduser as the from to any email address you want:

**Note: Before making changes to a database it is best practice to make a backup copy, also this should be performed with the supervison of your DBA.
At the project database level in Site Admin (for each project):**

insert into dataconst

('FROM_EMAIL_ADDRESS', 'Dan@SupportMail.com')
