Where can we download the latest version of ALM?

Hello, We have an active support contract for UFT and have upgraded to the latest version. We would now like to upgrade our ALM to the latest version but we are unable to find a place to download it. We have tried our support partners downloads section and it is not there (in fact all of the ALM related sections are missing) and we have logged into Microfocus’s website and also can’t see the files anywhere on there. How do we get these files?

Hello HomerJ, Since you are not seeing the files on any locations and you specifically mentioned having a UFT support contract, I have to believe that you don't have an active ALM support contract. You will need support on all the products that you are trying to upgrade to remain within the legal boundaries of the licensing limitations. If you have an active contract then you need to contact your support group to verify the resources have been correctly added to your contract so you may stay in compliance. If they are there then you need to find out through them why it is not registering as that should give you the access to download the files and that is the only way (unless they supply them to you directly which will require the support contract be active).
