Why is QC12.21 complaining about using SQL-Server 2012 when it should be supported?

We are trying to upgrade from 11.52 to 12.21. We created a new DB server environment for this upgrade and the database is SQL version 2012.

Sorry, but MS-SQL-server 2012 SP3 is NOT supported by QC/ALM 12.21 at this time. https://hpln.hpe.com/page/alm-qc-enterprise-technical-specifications Try downgrading to SQL-Server 2012 SP1 or SP2, then re-run the Configuration Wizard. Marked as spam
