Why is the QC workflow error box not being displayed?

Can anyone tell me why the standard QC workflow error box does not display when I get a workflow error? The image below shows the box I am talking about. This does not display on my machine when an error is detected and I would like to know what settings need modified to display this. Update: I’m thinking this may be due to the fact that I do not have permissions to run Internet Explorer as an administrator. I would like a confirmation if possible.

Private answer
The ''On Error Resume Next'' line, usually at the top of the subroutine/function will prevent errors from popping up. You can comment out this line to see the popups again. Marked as spam
