Will QC(12.5) be impacted if we disable SMBv1

Hi I’m Using QC 12.5 Version ,Will there be any impact on Quality Center functionality if we disable SMBv1? On the client side, QC runs in Internet Explorer on Windows 10. QC is installed on a server running SERVER 2012 R2. Thank you.!
