Recently our ALM was upgraded from 12.01 to 12.6 version. After the upgrade, UFT automation team is unable to download the test data sheets from Test Resources folder. I am trying to use UFT API with connection to ALM Resources but I am getting the following error: Error occured when trying to execute the test System.IndexOutofRangeException: There is no row at position2 ..... Anybody got an idea?

We are on QC version 11 Patch 16, and we are running UFT 11.53. In Quality Center when we try and view a UFT datatable in the QC resources we are getting an error "QTP Viewer not available." We have the UFT 11.50 add in, shouldn't this allow us to view these resources?

I have users that would like to update files in Resources area in ALM/QC and have QTP read this file. Does anybody have way to do that?

Is there a way to hide the "Test Resources" module in 10.0. We are currently not using Automated testing and I would like to hide this module in order to avoid confusing my users. Thanks, Gary
