We are experiencing random crashing of the ALM server. I would like to capture the heap information to a log file for viewing. Does anyone know how to set this up?

I see a few posts in here about setting the JAVA heap size. an older one is explicitly for JBOSS (older QC versions), but not sure about what to do when it is JETTY (newer QC version 11.5x, and 12.x). Any ideas?

We need a way to check on server DB activity and on how it is utilizing the JAVA Heap. It seems that every once in awhile, we max-out on some activity that halts the QC server.

We are getting this error on our QC/ALM server. IT goes away after a cycle of the services/reboot. What is causing the JAVA memory to do this?
