One of our users was going to check out a QTP commuter license, but accidentally checked out a remote commuter license instead. I'm not really sure what the difference is, but we can't get it to check back in. Anyone know how to do it?

Our UFT license is for 15 concurrent users and I know that one can create a Commuter license for someone who might be traveling and will not have access to the license server, however is it possible to create a commuter license for someone who is using LeanFT on a Mac? I've read through the document...
