Can’t run Excel Add-In in ALM 15

We have downloaded and are trying to use Excel Add-in 15. The tool seems to load into Excel properly, but when entering credentials, does not connect.

You might have the wrong version of the add-in. There are two versions of the ALM15 Excel Add-in: one for 32-bit office and one for 64-bit office. Try BOTH versions, one should work for you.
It is difficult to get MS-Office to tell us whether it is the 32-bit or 64-bit. Marked as spam
