Yes, Citrix can be tested with LoadRunner.

I highly recommend upgrading LoadRunner to version 2020 SP1.  There are many advantages to upgrading.  For LoadRunner 2020 SP1, Micro Focus states:  " The Citrix ICA protocol now supports record and replay with the Citrix Workspace client in LoadRunner Professional 2020 SP1.  The recommended version of Citrix Workspace is 1912; however, you can review the following link for more information about the versions supported: https://admhelp.microfocus.com/documents/lr/2020.1/LR_Protocols.pdf". This capability is not available with your current version.
