Document Generator has stopped working

Hello, for many years we have used and rely on the Document Generator function. Today, while trying to use this, I receive this error: "Document Generator Error — Close/Details." Details reveals: "Error: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. Line: mscorlib." I have tried this from multiple machines, and as different ALM users to the same result. I have made no patches or upgrades to the ALM server. Can you possibly help us? We use this tool to provide important information to our customers.

I see that you have not made any changes to ALM but have you upgraded the MS Office version that you are using? When I have seen this error before it had to do with the macro security settings in MS Office Macro settings can find under MS Word > Options > Trust Center > Trust center settings Also make sure that you are using a 32 Bit version of MS Office if you have updated.
