Error occurs when generating a report as the result of a query on the Dashboard

I have a user that has a query that works fine but when they try to use the generate function to export to Excel, they get an error. It runs for a while and then an error “Server has been disconnected while performing PostSimleKeyEntity action” Got any ideas on what this means? I suspect a timeout based on the QC Log but I am usually wrong.

GoDawgs, You were correct! There is a Site Admin parameter, REPORT_QUERY_TIMEOUT, that is set to 60 seconds as the default. Please increase this to a much larger time, like 120 and see if that fixes the problem. If so, you could play with it by reducing it or just leave it alone if you like. Happy testing! Marked as spam
