In QC 10
In the Test Lab choose the test set where the test was run.
Select the test from the Execution grid by double clicking on it. This opens the Test Instance Properties dialog
Select The run from which you would like to get the steps by double clicking it. This brings up the Run Steps dialog.
Right Click anywhere in the Run Steps dialog grid.
Select Export... > All...
Choose a location.
Choose a format (Excel, HTML, WORD, TXT)
Type in a file name
Click Save
