We are in the process of upgrading our system from ALM 11 to ALM 12.55. We have successfully upgraded from ALM 11 to ALM 12.21. However, when upgrading to ALM12.55 Patch 2, we are seeing the following error at the end of the Installation wizard for ALM 12.55: failed stopping ALM server and deleting folders FileNotFoundException c:\\ProgramData\\HP\\ALM\\runtime\\conf(Access is denied)

GoDawgs, Please check if there are any folders under the ALM deployment directory other than conf, log and repository. The default deployment directory is C:Program DataHPALM If there are, please delete them prior to running the installation for ALM 12.55 Once this is done, the installation process should run smoothly.
