We have local Load Generators that are going offline. The strange thing is that if you reconfigure them, they come back. Also, the are located on the same subnet as the LRE Server and the LRE Controller, but those machines never go offline. What can I do to fix this problem?

I downloaded from one project excel report and get access to publish to the Azure Devops. But in one of our project Excel report not available, I checked Site Administration ENABLE_CREATE_LEGACY_EXCEL_REPORT is created and value is Y. Could you please help me with that?I appreciate your support
