We are unable to use backspace or delete to remove Vusers from scheduler in PC 12.53 patch 4

When we log into My Performance Center, and try to add monitors from SiteScope, they are failing.

While installing LoadRunner or Performance Center Host products version 12.55 on Windows Server 2012 R2 or Windows 8.1, the installation fails with the error: "LoadRunner Agent Service has stopped working".

When running a test in the Controller with multiple Java protocol script groups and when all groups are initialized simultaneously, the test are resulting in a failure for one or more Vusers with: "Error: Vuser failed to initialize extension java_int.dll".

Is it possible to setup the entire Performance Center Environment in Cloud?

We are receiving higher than expected response time or timeouts when testing with NV, even when the emulation is with 0ms latency and without bandwidth restriction or packet loss. We are using Performance Center 12.53

Per the release notes on HPE, it states that ALM Synchronizer doesn't support TFS 2017. They mention a workaround for TFS 2017 for the 12.55 release, but I am unable to find any documentation for the workaround, or what I need to do to enable synchronization between my environments. We have some tests that alter the computer's date and time to test password expirations. This seems to cause our seat license to get corrupted. It seems to go back to the Demo license but says it is expired.
