An ALM user at my site has reported that when a defect is assigned to him, the e-mail he gets from ALM has "Unable.to.convert.field.value.to.xml" under "Description".

I turned off the auto-email on a project yesterday, made some updates to a few Defects that I didn't want to be mailed out, then checked the Auto-email again on the project. Now, when changes are made to any defects, no emails are being sent out unless I click the Send E-mail Now button.

We are trying to add a condition (filter) to Automail for a given user. we want it to send emails to this user when the indicated fields change (i.e. status changes) AND only if Target Release is not null (Not = "") but it seems this is not working. Do I have to set this filter value to say ...
