Hi, ALM components were not loading for one of the end user I support. We are using ie 11 and windows 10, however when we try to connect to the ALM URL, it showing installation failed. please let us know how to fix this issue? Thanks, HomerJ

when i hit ALM URL, and then click on "Click here to launch the installation", i am getting error poup at the bottom of browser. "The signature of ALM-Platform-Loader.msi is corrupt or invalid" Please help on high priority.

We have several users that are having an issue after upgrading from ALM 11.52 to 12.50. In their client the ALM/QC application is reduced compared to the the size of the browser window. We just changed our ALM URL to Https and currently when i ran the Synchroniser Client with option "https" checked, it throws "Unable to connect to the remote server Check your server's availability" error. What is causing this?

A user is getting the following: Initialization has failed. Contact your system administrator. For details, see the Loader log file. Failure details: Initialization failure. ALM server URL must be in the intranet zone or added to the trusted sites list.
