I'm trying to troubleshoot an issue a user at my company has run into. Their QTP is crashing when being run from ALM. I read on some forums to check the ALM client logs for QTP issues, but they didn't give instructions. Does anyone know how to do this?

We are using QC 10 on XP machines, no need for admin rights for new or existing users, we just send them the QC URL, the 42 initial files load and they are on their way. On Windows 7 machines, we cannot start QC without full admin rights. HP support has been no help, they just repeat that the manual...

Hi, I usually connect to a Quality Center 11 server. The QC 11 ActiveX is installed on my PC (which runs Windows XP, btw) and working fine. Now, for some special project, I'm being asked to use another server which runs QC 10. When I try to connect to that server, I get the following error: Followin...
