I want to make a backup of my link data (link definition and link-data). I know there is supposed to be an automatic backup, but I want to do it just before upgrading my QC/HP Synchronizer.

We are running a 100 Vusers tests and several Vusers are getting errors and stopping. however no Vusers logs for the Vusers is created during or after the test. Please help?

Hi, When installing on one of the citrix server we recieved the following error: "Shared deployment folder is not synchronised with the server. Installation aborted." The admin tried to reboot the server and re try the install, yet the error still persists. Any ideas on why this is happening...
