Remove history on ALM automail.

History info shows on all the automail emails but if we manually send an email for a defect, we can click off the history button and the history hides. I’ve tried in the customization to remove history on all the defect fields and tested again and the automail option when you enter comments still shows the history on the email. Is there a way to hide it if we want to without manually emailing our defect updates?

There is a site parameter you can add in site admin called AUTO_MAIL_WITH_HISTORY If the value is set to N no history is sent with automail Not sure if this site parameter requires a restart or not, if you add it and still see the history then I would restart ALM https://admhelp.microfocus.com/alm/en/12.60/api_refs/site_params/metadata.htm Marked as spam
