Send E-mail dialog Add to comments checkbox disabled

In the Defects module, if I select the Send to Email button, when the Send E-mail dialog displays, the Add to comments check box is disabled. I can’t figure out where to enable the checkbox. This is only happening in the Defects module so I assumed it was in the Defects section of the workflow. I believe this is most likely due to a customization that was made to this project. Any help you could give to pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated. Thanks!

It seems like you have somehow set the BG_DEV_COMMENTS to read-only. You could create a IF statement in the Common Script --> ActionCanExecute workflow that checks for either the ***actMailDefect*** or ***BugDetails.SendByMail*** and remove the read-only attribute from the field. Marked as spam
