Install the patch using an administrative account

Windows:
When installing the patch, you should log in using the same account that is running the application server. For JBoss, the service account can be determined, by doing the following:

  1. Select Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services.
  2. Right-click on the ''Mercury Quality Center'' service, and select ''Properties.''
  3. Navigate to the Logon tab.
  4. If the account is different, then you need to log in using this service account.

Hello mh_1977, You can download the patches through HP or possibly from your support partner if they host them. You would need a support contract for either case, as these are the only legal ways to obtain these patches. Dan
