This is due to the Flexera InstallAnywhere (InstallShield uninstaller package) that Micro Focus used for AutoPass License Server 10.7.0 being incompatible with Windows Server 2016. Here are your steps for manually uninstalling AutoPass License Server from Windows Server 2016:

> Windows Search > Services > AutoPass
> License Server > Stop
2. Open the Windows **Registry Editor** (**regedit**)
> Windows Search > regedit > Run command
3. Make a **BACKUP** of your registry
> Registry Editor > File > Export >
> Export Range = All > Enter File name >
> Save
