User getting Error 403 trying to login to ALM

We have 1 user getting HTTP ERROR 403 after entering their login credentials and clicking AUTHENTICATE. So, the client is loaded and he can enter into the login/password fields, but as soon as he clicks Authenticate, he is thrown an error screen. Please see attached. I can login with his credentials on my own machine and get into ALM just fine.

You said that you can login as the user on your workstation so the problem seems to be with the workstation. My first suggestion would be to try clearing the history, cookies, and temporary internet files.

Also make sure that you have set "Check for newer versions of stored pages" to Every time I visit the website

If the two steps above do not work run the ClientCleanup from the AppDelivery Marketplace follow the steps above again and then reinstall the client.
