Microfocus has moved all their add-ins to the marketplace. This is where you can get all the add-ins for the various versions that have been offered. the general location is here: https://marketplace.microfocus.com/

For your particular situation the MSI generator is here: https://marketplace.microfocus.com/appdelivery/content/alm-client-msi-generator-add

You will need to register for a free account with Microfocus to be able to download the add-ins. Once you have created your account then you can easily use that to download the add-in necessary. they have streamlined the management and updating this way as it is easily accessed without going through the links within the application as was required to be done prior.
