I have a user who is trying to get the excel add-in installed. We uninstalled all older versions then installed the x86 .exe for his 32 bit excel. It all installed correctly but when the user tries to connect it says immediately says it cannot connect to the ALM server.

Hello. We would like to have some of our users view UFT results on machines that don't have the UFT tool installed on them. Is there a way to do this? Any help will be much appreciated.

Hello, We are wanting to visit the possibility of creating an MSI to deploy the ALM client to our end users, however the links we found to it within the ALM main settings aren't working correctly. Where can we get the generator? Thanks, HomerJ

Hello. We are running into some issues uploading tests into ALM, and we would like to enable the logs for the add-in to see if anything is indicated in the logs. Can you please provide the steps to enable the logs? I appreciate any information that you can provide.

When I launch UFT, the Add-in Manager comes up and it has red text stating "For Optimal performance and object identification reliability, select only the add-ins you need." Is there some guidelines on how to avoid this issue?

Hello, I am having issues when trying to download the HP all add-ins and extras from within ALM by clicking the Tools option on the cabin page. I can access the page but when I try to download the actual products, I am rerouted back to the log in page asking for me to create a passport/log in access...
