I'm trying to create a new API test in UFT 12.02 but UFT is saying, "This operation requires a Unified Functional Testing license. To obtain a license, contact your HP Sales representative."

Our team just moved to a concurrent licensing model, and I'm trying to tell my UFT client to change from a Seat license to a Concurrent license in the Functional Testing Wizard. It seems to verify fine, but then when I open UFT, it referts back to a Seat license. What am I missing??

We have QC11.52 and have seen threads in here about doing things with the LAB_PROJECT in the Lab Management tab in Site Admin or clicking on Lab Management from the "QCBIN" page. We don't have that link or tab even though others in EyeOnTesting seem to see it? It it a license level thing?

License Server can be installed on separate machine. Can 2 separate instances of quality center consume licenses from the same license server? Is this possible?

I installed a QTP Essentials seat license on my new UFT14.00 software installation. It seemed to verify and install correctly, but when I restarted the software again, it gives me the trial message to continue using trial or install a key - if i try to do it again it says it is already installed.
