Hello, I have installed the add-in for ALM for my Excel 365 and I don't see it anywhere, nor can I access ALM with Excel. What should I do to correct this issue? Thanks, HomerJ

every user that has access to excel import addin is reporting they can no import spreadsheets. Doesn't matter if they are requirements or tests etc. Excel gets hung up on the mapping screen. Hitting ok, cancel or any other button does nothing. The only way to close excel at this point is thru task m...

I have a user who is trying to get the excel add-in installed. We uninstalled all older versions then installed the x86 .exe for his 32 bit excel. It all installed correctly but when the user tries to connect it says immediately says it cannot connect to the ALM server.
