We like to get the Appium logs from Mobile Center but sometimes our Admin is not available. Can Non-Admin users collect the Appium logs from Mobile Center?

Sometimes, multiple devices can get disconnected from Mobile Center, like when Mobile Center is upgraded and all iOS devices must have the agent files resigned. Is there a way to reconnect all of these devices at once?
