I was trying to create a test plan using Sprinter version 14.52 with screen capture, defects, and connected to ALM, the application gets hung after stopping the steps creation. Are there any known issues on this?

Using Sprinter mirroring, if you take snapshots per some steps/status milestones on a secondary machine, they do not appear to be saved to ALM. Primary machine shots do appear. Is this normal?

After installing Sprinter 11.0 and patch 09, my Lotus Notes no longer functions properly. I have tried the DWORD value set to 0 fix that HP has out there, but still have issues with Lotus Notes opening. Uninstalling Sprinter and Lotus Notes works properly.

Had had some users complain that they cannot update or delete some tests in Sprinter, even when they are the owner of the test. Assume we might be missing a permission in user groups?

I see that ALM 12.20 is now available. We are having internal team discussion on making the move soon to this version from ALM 11.52. The web page I'm testing has bootstrap select drop down menu, while mirroring sprinter learns clicking on the drop down but doesn't learn / capture the values. Is there anyway to get sprinter to catch these?

We require users to put in an Actual Result for a test run step. This is a means to help prevent mass pass/fail changes for sets. We have set Actual Result as a required field (ST_ACTUAL), which in ALM is red and required. If you don't add a value you can't advance. Sprinter though does not seem to ...
