I would like my project users to get familiar with the ALM Web Client. However, until workflow rules can be implemented, I prefer we enter data using the ALM Desktop Client. How can I enforce this?

The workflow is not being honored while running the web client but still works in the desktop client.

When we use the new web client to access one of our project we get this error..."Access to this project has been denied. Version control enabled projects are not supported for Web UI." We do not have experience this when using the legacy desktop client. Any Ideas?

We recently setup a test environment and upgraded to ALM 12.20 and started using the web client. We have noticed that the list of domains and projects is sorted in a seemingly random order, not alphabetical at all. Can this be corrected?
