When I go to https://entitlements.microfocus.com and try to get a license for version 12.60 I am unable to get the license for our Network Virtualization Vusers. The version for those Vusers stops at 12.55. 12.55 licenses will not work with 12.60 so how do I make these assets available?

We have local Load Generators that are going offline. The strange thing is that if you reconfigure them, they come back. Also, the are located on the same subnet as the LRE Server and the LRE Controller, but those machines never go offline. What can I do to fix this problem?

In LoadRunner we could , change the user that is running the LR Agent process on the Load Generator. We are currently using Performance Center 12.62. Is there a command line command to run the PC Host install and the patch as a silent installer? Any help or input would be great.
