When exporting a 200 row spreadsheet from Excel into QC, I receive an error: error "Row 102, Column: B - Field 'Test Name' cannot contain the following characters: \\/:%'*?|" ... I also get the error for many other rows It appears to be for random rows and always for the "Test Name" ...

I am trying to export from the Defects Module to an Excel Spreadsheet and I am getting an error "Could not export to a file." I am currently running ALM 11.50 (build 11.50.777.0). I receive the error then the export fails. What can I do to fix this?

I have a user who is trying to get the excel add-in installed. We uninstalled all older versions then installed the x86 .exe for his 32 bit excel. It all installed correctly but when the user tries to connect it says immediately says it cannot connect to the ALM server.
