Hi. Is there any way to get a list of license usage for our QuickTest Pro users? I want to see if we are getting close to our maximum cap, etc. Thanks, KK

We're currently running AutoPass 9.3.4. We need metrics and details on how often and who is rejected for license tokens when at max capacity for our license server. Is there a way to do this?

I have installed a new seat license key, but QTP 11 says I only have 25 days left on my license. What did I do wrong?

One of our workstations doesn't always release the license ever since we upgraded to UFT 14.0. Rebooting the workstation and license server does not help.

Is it possible to set an idle timeout for UFT 12.0x either from the license server side or client side?

We have an off-shore user that does not have an idle timeout set who left UFT open. How do I revoke this user in order to return/free his license token back to the concurrent license pool?

I'm trying to Archive a license in AutoPass (License Management > View Licenses), but I'm getting an error (see attached pic). Can someone help?
