I recently started using MicroFocus connect, in ALM synchronizer we used to be able to run a "Full Sync" does MicroFocus connect have an equivilent for that?

I am currently using ALM synchronizer, does MicroFocus plan on continuing support for ALM synchronizer in the future. It seems like they are fixing less defects and enhancements?

We have been making some simple changes to our links (tweaking mappings) and also have been cycling the QC-Sync services a bunch of times today. We did not do any patching or other QC changes lately. Our QC Client can connect to our QC project (from the QC-Sync server) and has had "Register ALM ...

We are trying to use QC/ALM synchronizer to connect to a QC in Germany. It's a slow connection and the synchronizer is timing out before it can fully connect. Steps taken: --create new link --enter QC username/pswd, QC URL, and select the project. --Click Next and the synchronizer will time out.
